Information you provide

The Atlantic County Republican Committee receives the information you enter in the homepage signup and Get Involved forms, including your name, email address, phone number and, where requested, address and volunteer interests. We use it to respond to your request and contact you about committee activities you express interest in.

How forms are processed

Form submissions are stored using Microsoft Azure services and sent as email notifications to designated committee recipients. A successful form message confirms receipt of your submission; it does not confirm email delivery or enrollment in a separate mailing list.

Retention and access

The form system is configured by default to remove completed or failed submission records after 90 days. Unresolved submissions may remain longer while delivery issues are investigated. Email copies and any separately maintained contact records have separate retention periods. Access to submissions is limited through the committee’s service permissions.

Cookies and external services

This static website does not include advertising trackers or an analytics script. Hosting services may process technical request information to operate and protect the website. Links to Facebook, WinRed and government websites open services with their own privacy practices.

Contact and communication preferences

To ask about your submitted information, request a correction or deletion, or ask us to stop contacting you, email purdy@acrepublicans.org. Do not include sensitive information in your request. If a separate mailing service is used, follow the unsubscribe instructions in its messages.
