Manuel E. Aponte

Biography

Manny E. Aponte is a resident of Egg Harbor Township. Born in Puerto Rico and moved to New Jersey when he was 7 years old. He is married with one son and newborn daughter.

Manny worked at the Atlantic City Hilton for almost ten years.

He is a graduate of The Richard Stockton College of New Jersey.  

Manny is on the Board of Trustees of the Hispanic Alliance of Atlantic County and was elected  as its president for 2008.

He is a current member of the Egg Harbor Township Planning Board and its Vice Chairman.

He also served as a member of the Egg Harbor Township Community Visioning Project.

He is  a current member of the United Republican Club of Egg Harbor Township and its former Secretary.

Manny also volunteers as treasurer for Assemblyman Vince Polistina.  

Mr. Aponte is a board member of the Atlantic County Chapter of the American Conference on Diversity.

Manny  is also a partner in the Alquist Wealth Management Group of Wachovia Securities in Linwood, New Jersey.
