Biography
Elected District-Two Freeholder in November 1991 and re-elected in 1994 and 1997. Served as Councilman-at-Large of Atlantic City from 1990 to 1994 and served as Council President from 1993 to 1994. Served as Deputy Commissioner of Revenue and Finance, City Comptroller, Business Administrator, and Director of Planning and Development. Active member of the Columbus Day-American Legion Committee, and serves as the Director of Neighborhood Services in Atlantic City. Served in the U.S. Army 1954-56. Lifelong resident of Atlantic County. Graduate of Glassboro State College, B.A. in History. Wife, Barbara. Three children: Robin, Scott and Leigh Ann.
