Elected Freeholder in 1994 and re-elected in 1997 and 2000. Lifelong resident of Hammonton. Active in several community and professional organizations. Manager and Coach, Hammonton Little League and Hammonton Hawks. Past President, Atlantic County Junior Football League. Member, Atlantic County Alliance for Prevention of Drug and Alcohol Abuse; Design Team Task Force Leader, Hammonton "Main Street" Project; Member, Sons of Italy and Exchange Club. Former solicitor, Hammonton Planning Board. Profession: Attorney. Jim received his Law Degree at the College of William & Mary in Williamsburg, VA, and a B.A. in History from Rutgers University. Wife: Jessica. Sons: John, Timothy and Daniel.
